Financial aid for hiring disabled workers

Employers in the private sector subject to the employment obligation of disabled workers may receive financial assistance in case of recruitment of a disabled employee and under certain conditions.

Help with reception, integration and professional development
An employer wishing to hire a disabled person on permanent or fixed-term contracts of at least 6 months may receive assistance for professional integration (tutoring, for example).
Help is 3000 € maximum.

• stackable with other aids (Agefiph and others).
• renewable for the same employee in the same company.

Help in adapting work situations
The employer (or the self-employed worker) may, on medical advice, benefit from assistance with the insertion and / or maintenance of the disabled person: job development, interpreting, tutoring, professional support, transcription braille, etc.
The amount of the assistance is evaluated according to each situation in a logic of strict compensation of the handicap (except compulsory investments)
The aid can be combined with other aid.

Help in finding solutions for job retention
The employer can benefit from assistance to maintain in employment a disabled person whose disability (on medical advice) may result in incapacity to the job.
Its amount is € 2,000 to finance the costs incurred by the search for job retention solutions (consultation time, meeting, ...).

Aid for hiring an apprenticeship or professionalization contract
An employer wishing to recruit a disabled person on a learning or professionalization contract of at least 6 months and 24 hours a week may be eligible for assistance.
By derogation, the duration may be less than 24 hours, the minimum is then 16 hours weekly.
Its maximum amount is:
3000 € in apprenticeship contract;
4000 € in professionalization contract.
The aid is prorated according to the duration of the employment contract and from the 6th month.
